Bobbin Trace, Bobbin Mill Woods, and Bobbin Brook are just a very short drive to Maclay School (private), and they are zoned for the following Leon County public schools:

Bobbin Mill Woods, Bobbin Trace, and Bobbin Brook Home Prices

The average price of a home sold in the Bobbin neighborhoods in 2019 was $906K and the median price was $850K.

Activity in the Bobbin neighborhoods is very good, as more homes sold here in 2019 than in any year prior since 2005. Currently, there are four homes for sale in the Bobbin neighborhoods and none are under contract.

Bobbin Neighborhood Home Values

Due to low liquidity (relatively few homes are sold here each year), any average value has to be taken with a grain of salt. What we're truly interested in is the general trend over time.
