Average Home Prices In The 32311 Zip Code
Home prices in the 32311 zip code at are on the decline, though they were buoyed for quite some time with new home construction sales in Southwood. The average price of a home has dropped from over $270,000 at the peak of the market to just $171,000 in June. Currently, the average price trend of homes selling in the 32311 zip code is over $200,000, but with recent sales in the $170K range, we can expect the decline to resume.

Home values in the 32311 zip code show a continued trend of decline. While the average price of a home has appeared more stable, the average price per square foot of homes sold continues to fall. The average price per square foot of a home sold in June was $97, which is 39% lower than it was at the peak of the market in the 32311 zip code.
The addition of significant new construction during the fall of the market should cause existing homeowners some concern should they need to sell a home in the 32311 zip code any time soon.
