The Tennyson Average Condo Prices

With just two condominium units sold this year, the average unit price has been heavily impacted by the sale of a smaller unit. Currently, the average price of a condo unit sold in The Tennyson in 2021 is $214K.

Unit sales activity in The Tennyson is consistent with what we've seen for the past ten years. Plenty of sellers, very few buyers. Currently, there are 7 units listed for sale and none are under contract with a buyer. It seems that sellers might want to reconsider their asking prices or their decisions to sell.

The Tennyson Average Condo Values

The average value of the condo units sold in the Tennyson in 2021 dropped nearly 13% when compared to the average in 2020.

The average value of the condo units sold in The Tennyson in 2021 is $193 per square foot. The fact that this dropped so greatly is disturbing. Even more so is the fact that smaller units have sold (when all else is equal, smaller units should sell for more dollars per square foot than will larger units).
