John, I just do not have the time to write on the coastal markets. Maybe one day I'll have a staff :). I will do another update on the surrounding counties though! Look for it next week. Thanks for the suggestions.

Joe.... I'm sorry (not really) but I don't have any suggestions for improvement. I think what you are doing now is very well organized and you vary the topic daily. You also respond promptly in the blog to your reader's questions which means the blog is custom tailored to the user. What more could a reader ask for. Your graphs are very complex. The casual reader can immediately grasp the surface level information while the more studious reader can see the interplay between the various graphed data. Just keep doing what you are doing. I hope the blog helps to generate more business for your brokerage
