The average price the homes sold in Ox Bow declined again in 2019, though this is a sign of what is selling as opposed to a sign of devaluation.

Ox Bow is a neighborhood with relatively few homes that have been built in a wide range of amenities, styles, and sizes, so any measured "average" should not be taken at face value without more investigation.

The pace of home sales in Ox Bow was a bit slower in 2019, but not because the demand declined. Buyers love this type of home (great location, large home on acreage) but fewer homeowners decided to sell last year. There have no homes sold yet in 2020, though two are under contract.
