Newest REALTOR In Tallahassee Making Sales

Congratulations to John Schmook, the newest Inductee to the Tallahassee Board of REALTORS®. John is one of the rare new members (less than 1%) who actually closed on their first real estate transaction prior to being inducted into the Board.

On November 24, 2009 he was pinned and received his certificate of completion, along with the official designation of REALTOR®. Prior to being pinned as Tallahassee's newest real estate agent, John secured his first property listing, had it under contract within days, and proceeded to close on it as well. Great job John!
