Activity in Tippecanoe Hills has slowed, though it still is possible to see another record year in 2019. Currently, there are nine homes for sale in Tippecanoe Hills, all nine are new construction, but just two are currently under contract with a buyer.

Average home values in Tippecanoe Hills will be most impacted by new construction sales and what the builder decides to offer.
