SHOCKING! Realtor Photographs Ghost While Staging A Home
After selling thousands of homes in Tallahassee over the years, you might imagine how many pictures of houses I have viewed.
Well, today's post features the first one with a ghost in the window!
We were recently hired to market and sell a fabulous home that is located in the heart of "where everybody wants to be" in Tallahassee.
The house is large and sits on nearly six acres of prime real estate with close proximity to the parks and lakes, dining and shopping now available in the Bannerman area. Of course, it also means that the home is zoned for the highly coveted trio of Hawks Rise Elementary, Deerlake Middle School, and Chiles High School.
I guess if it really has a ghost, we all can understand why it does not want to leave.
Is This A Ghost In The Realtor's Picture?
We use a professional photographer to take the pictures of the homes that we list in the Tallahasseee MLS. Why?
Because we know that 94% of homebuyers are using the internet to search for homes, and the pictures of the homes will be seen by thousands of people who might be in the market for a home with similar features and benefits. We understand that today's digital marketing platform requires us to put our best foot forward and a professional photographer ensures we get the best images of the featured property online.
During the photo shoot, we worked with the homeowner to stage the home as perfectly as possible, and we ensured that NOBODY was in the home when the pictures were taken. So you can imagine our surprise when the face of a little girl appeared in one of the pictures.
Take a look at the images below, do you see a ghost in this home?
We know that nobody was inside the home when our photographer snapped the picture, so how does one explain the eerie apparition in the window?
Could this be the daughter of a past homeowner who cherishes her time overlooking the beautiful acres of property from her beloved bedroom window? Maybe it was her favorite hiding place within the huge home and she merely likes to come back for a visit. Regardless, we see the attraction to the home and certainly understand why somebody would want to come home here.
If you think that you too would like to call this incredible property "home," you are too late. UPDATE: This article helped sell the home in record time and it is no longer available for sale.
