Plaza Tower Condo Prices

The average price of a Plaza Tower Condo fell roughly 2% last year but has reversed course up 1% this year to $232K. If you scroll through the table of all sales at the end of this report, you will see that price fluctuations are mostly caused by the size of the units sold (as opposed to a major market change in values).

Currently, there are 15 condo units for sale in Plaza Tower and two (13%) are under contract with buyers. Considering how many units have failed to sell in the recent past, it is likely that there are many more Plaza Tower owners who'd like to sell their units too.

Activity in Plaza Tower has picked up since our last report but is frustratingly slow when one considers how hot the rest of the housing market is behaving.

Plaza Tower Condo Values

The average value of a condominium unit in Plaza Tower rose just over 3% in 2021.

Currently, the average value of the condo units sold in Plaza Tower is $235 per square foot, a rise of nearly 8% already in 2022, though this is more reflective of the unit mix that has sold and we'll see values come back down as the normal ratio of unit sizes are sold.
