Right now, the competition for all homes on the market is stiff, with demand for homes far higher than the current inventory can fulfill. But take a look at what’s about to happen with pool homes!
The graph above plots the number of homes with swimming pools sold each quarter, and history tells us that the second quarter of each year is when the most pool home buyers hit the market.
With the current low supply of homes with pools, you can’t even imagine what it will be like if you find a home with a pool that you want to buy. Imagine competing with ten or more buyers just for the right to buy the home!
My recommendation is that you jump into the market now. It will be competitive, but nothing like buyers will see as the Spring turns to Summer in Tallahassee.
