Last fall I remember seeing a very detailed report on the Tallahassee housing market by neighborhood that included a lot of information including, among other things, the average $/sf of for-sale and sold properties, the number of properties for sale and the number sold, etc. and a column describing each neighborhood as a buyers or sellers market. I wanted to show it to a friend here, but I can’t seem to find it on your website. Do you still publish that report and, if so, where can I find it?
By the way, you’ve got a great and very informative blog series.
