Lindsey is a bona fide “Tallahassee Lassie.” She was born at Tallahassee Memorial Hospital and was raised on the NE side of town. One of the perks of being a native of this great city, and remaining here for more than 30 years, is the expert knowledge of streets, neighborhoods, and school zones that comes with it.
Lindsey attended Lincoln High School before moving on to TCC and eventually obtaining a license as a Cosmetologist. She worked as a hair stylist for some time while also working for a title firm, and then as a healthcare supervisor for many years.
Eventually on her life path, Lindsey was invited to call Joe Manausa Real Estate home. After working as the Transaction Coordinator for over a year, Lindsey got the real estate itch and decided to become a licensed real estate agent. She says, “There’s something really fun about the process of meeting a person, or family, who has a basic need of shelter – getting to know their likes, dislikes, wants, and needs and being the person to find them the home of their dreams.
To be a part of that process seems really fascinating, and I’ve been behind the scenes watching it from afar; it’s time to take a lead role in the excitement of helping someone buy a home.”
Lindsey married her husband, Brad, in 2008. Brad is a Professional Civil Engineer at Barkley Consulting and Engineering Group. Brad and Lindsey have two beautiful daughters: Alyssa, 10, and Brooklin, 6.
Alyssa is a student at Killearn Lakes Elementary, and Brooklin is in preschool at East Hill Baptist Preschool. During their downtime as a family, the Begues enjoy fishing, softball, and any outdoor adventures.
