Cori Hundt

Cori is from a small town in Iowa. After multiple vacations to Tallahassee to visit family, Cori, her husband and their three boys decided it was time to enjoy this weather year round and made the decision to move to Florida!

In 2020, they  worked with Kevin Milligan at Joe Manausa Real Estate to purchase their first Tallahassee home in Killearn Lakes. Soon after, they welcomed a little girl to the family, making them a family of six, plus a dog!

A family of six meant needing a bigger house with (much) more space. After working with Kevin again, they purchased their second home.

Before moving to Florida, Cori spent 15 years working with kids as a youth counselor for troubled teens, an assistant teacher in a preschool program and as the director of a daycare and preschool program. After spending some time adjusting to motherhood, she realized she needed a career change.

Between spending time with family and watching her kids school and sporting events, Cori enjoys spending time at the beach, reading and working on home projects.
