Lucia Aufdembrink

Lucia is originally from Minnesota. After growing up in the extreme cold, she and her husband were ready for a change to a warmer climate. They have spent many vacations in the Panhandle and after lots of consideration decided Northern Florida was where they wanted to start a family. Lucia lives in Crawfordville, on Wakulla River, with her husband, son, and their 3 dogs. 

Before becoming an agent with Joe Manausa Real Estate, Lucia was an early childhood educator for 5 years. She transitioned to teaching Middle School Special Education. After 10 years of education and a growing family, Lucia decided to make a career change-- real estate was the right fit. 

In her free time, Lucia enjoys spending time with her family in Port St. Joe and exploring Florida. Her hobbies include, stand up paddling on the river, exploring Northern Florida on her bicycle, and reading. Coming from the cold, she enjoys being able to spend time outside year round with her little one.
