		<description>I love lease options.  They are win-win for everyone.  As an investor, I&#039;ve made a lot of  money from offering this.  I have to take exception to the stat that FSBO sellers spend $3500 on marketing!  I don&#039;t see how this is possible.  One could spend $100 for a really nice sign, $400 to flat fee list, $200 for an alternative site listing, and maybe a few hundred running ads in the paper.  I just don&#039;t see it.  I sell FSBO and have never spent anywhere near $1000 selling a house.</description>
