These are all great things one looks for when moving into a new area. Low unemployment, rising income levels and good interest rates on home loans. Another plus is they just raised the property tax exemption from 25,000 to 50,000. I think your area assures someone of a great home and low interest rate mortgage and employment that income grows with the times. Sounds like a great community.
