"Every month I publish a
Tallahassee Subdivision Report in order to show where the residential real estate sales activity is occurring in
Leon County Neighborhoods.
The following two lists are very simple. They each contain the name of the Tallahassee subdivision and the number of homes that sold from April 2007 through March 2008, as reported to the Leon County Tax Assessor’s office. The first list is sorted by the total sales activity, the second is sorted alphabetically."
Monday the 5th - No Training.
Tuesday the 6th-
Tallahassee Subdivision Report, Joe. The Tallahassee Subdivion Report is a very simple tool that can be used with buyers or sellers. Come to this training to add a "tool" to your presentation inventory.
Wednesday the 7th -
Caravan , Dave. Last week, the 7 agents that attended Caravan accounted for 37 of the 61 sales that we posted last month. Therefore, the open side production per agent on Caravan was over
