Monday the 21st - What is your focus? Albert Einstein's definition of insanity is doing the same thing over and over again and expecting different results. Does this define your Real Estate strategy? Are you stuck in a rut without a daily focus? Or, is your strategy to keep trying "other new things" that never seem to work out? Come to this training to help develop a "focus".
Tuesday the 22nd- Qualifying the Seller, Dave. In preparation for Thursday's Real Estate Marketing Meeting, we will be training on "Qualifying the Seller". "Qualifying the Seller" is like walking a tight rope. If you over-qualify, then you find a reason to terminate all of your listings. If you under-qualify, then you become the proud owner of 35 bad listings with 35-70 angry owners. At this training, we will focus on finding the motivated seller.
Wednesday the 23rd - Caravan to the North, Dave. Last week we previewed three excellent properties on the East side of town. The properties that we focus on during Caravan SELL faster. It is that simple. I strongly encourage you to get your listings on Caravan and to get your sellers to Thursday's meeting.
