Housing Report For October 2008I am working on completing the Tallahassee Real Estate Market Report for the Month of October, 2008. If you are reading this right after post time, some of the links on the pages you end up on might not be active yet. If so, just give them an hour or so.

The previous Tallahassee Real Estate Market Reports have had 12 color graphs showing everything from lot sales to condo sales to mobile home sales. This month, I have upgraded the real estate report to have 4 additional color graphs and analysis of the Tallahassee Housing Market, including a snapshot of the Wakulla County real estate market, the Gadsden County real estate market, and the Jefferson County real estate market.

Tallahassee Real Estate Market Report Features 18 Color Graphs

I’m a big believer that a picture tells a thousand words, and that is why our monthly market report is published with so many charts and graphs. I encourage anybody interested in the Tallahassee housing market to spend some time reviewing these real estate graphs in order to better understand our current real estate market.

What a comprehensive breakdown of every aspect of the Tallahassee market! I love how this is broken down and represented graphically – it really makes it easy to identify trends.

Joe-the more you work on your market graphs, the better they get! It takes me a little studying the new ones to pick up on them, but it is well worth the time. Thank you for putting these together and posting them.
