I think it would be great to see overall market numbers for tallahassee on a day by day (or week by week) basis.
Inventory numbers, average and median sales prices, etc.
Most people would probably be interested in single family but I would be and continue to be interested in land prices.
Maybe even breaking it down in the four city quadrants.
