I am searching for a house with 3 bedrooms and 2 baths for my sister and daughter. They will be moving to the area May 1, 2010 from Colorado Springs.
My husband and i are looking to transfer to Tallahassee. We are looking in the $600,000 range with horse acreage and a swimming pool. Thank you.
It would be useful for the Quick Search panel to also be available on the map search page. That would make it easier to search for a listing by MLS number.

Thank you very much for the feedback, but I’m not sure I understand what you are saying. Does the Quick Search Panel disappear for you after you choose a selection? It never leaves my screen when I’m on the map.
The quick search doesn’t appear at all for me – I must click: Search By: county/city or address/zip (i.e. not the map view) in order to get the “search by listing” option. (tested on two browsers, and two different computers)

I forgot to mention in my above post – this map search utility is very cool! It’s allowed me to quickly get an idea of where what type of properties are in Tallahassee. Thanks for providing!
Hello, I am very interested in the townhome on Ashley Hall Way in Tallahassee. I was wondering if there was a possibility to rent one townhome instead of purchasing it. I am a senior at State and by next year I am looking to be in a nice townhome while I am obtaining my Masters or my law degree. We have been trying to help our daughter and two little ones purchase a house in this unusual market, however, her employment may take her to a different city in the next couple of years so we are having to abandon the purchase plan in favor of her continuing renting. My wife and I are from Colorado, but are here in Tallahassee for 3 months taking care of our grandchildren while Toni works in Miami. We aren’t familiar with Tallahassee and are looking for a one level townhouse or duplex with 3-4 bedrooms, 2 baths, and garage in the price range of $800 to $900 per month. I realize you are in the business of selling houses, but may have knowledge of resources that could be helpful to us.

I really like your property search function with everything on the map. However, is there a way to conduct the search and limit the results to new listings. While I like to peruse the available homes, after looking at all the homes in the areas I am interested in it becomes slightly cumbersome to attempt to find new listings every week when I have to sort through all the old listings as well.
If there is a way to filter your results in this manner please tell me how. And if there is not such a way, I think it would make a great addition.
