Once a month we generate the Tallahassee Housing Report and post it for download. This report is very informational as it shows the relative months of supply of homes, by area and price range, in the Tallahassee real estate market.
This month we see a continued trend of decreased real inventory (the actual number of single family homes, condos and townhouses currently for sale), but a continued increase in the relative inventory (months supply of homes for sale based upon the current rate of sales) of homes for sale in Tallahassee.
Tallahassee Housing Report Available For Download
You can download the current Tallahassee Housing Report by clicking on the picture on the right. This report is published monthly and will allow for a quick snapshot of competition and inventory in each area of the Tallahassee real estate market.
Each quadrant of the Tallahassee housing market is listed separately, with the dark black band signifying a change in quadrant. Each quadrant is broken down into three columns of three columns. The first column has the current homes for sale (broken down into “All”, “New” & “Resale”. The second column shows the number of homes sold over the past 12 months, while the third column shows the relative supply (measured in months of supply).
Relative Home Supplies Rising In Tallahassee
The following real estate graph portrays the increase in relative home supply in the Tallahassee housing market. The red line is the number of active listings in Leon County, while the green line is the number of sales. The blue vertical lines represent the total months of supply of homes based upon current sales trends.
