To who it may concern I got a deal on a property that was $109,900.00 but I negotiated the price down to $85,000.00 but my investor that I was working with dropped out of the deal because he got another offer…. What I do is bring the buyers and the sellers together
then I make a commission off the deal from both parties. Now that I don’t have a investor it’s going to be difficult to get the property sold, and the seller still have that big discount open.Its a nice property in a fairly good neighborhood it’s a foreclosure with 4 bedrooms 2 bathrooms close to the college campuses it would rent out automatically. If you know a investor are have the emails of a investor that might be interested in this great investment opportunity please email me, the commission I would make from the investor from this deal would be $3,900. to $4,000.00 but the investor would make a great purchase with this particular property he could double his investment. I am a local here in Tallahassee I can find good deals good deals for investors Tallahassee has a untapped market.

Karrie, I’m not exactly sure why people think they can do “quick flips” in a depreciating market. They happen, but mostly by people working at it full time, living here in the market area. I wish you the best of luck with your plans.
