The February real estate sales data has been tabulated and the results have been posted on the Tallahassee Real Estate Web Site. As we predicted last month, February marks the 32nd consecutive month of declines in units sales and we are now starting to see significant drops in pricing. Make sure you check out the second graph which shows the average price of a home in Tallahassee has dropped into the mid $180s.Below are 16 different graphs which you can see in a larger format by clicking the link below them.
