Today is a travel day for me as I’m finally heading home from the CENTURY 21 Convention in San Antonio. I’m really looking forward to seeing my family after being away for a week.
We’re coming upon the time of month where I usually start producing the end-of-month market reports for the Tallahassee real estate market. Since I’ve been away, I will throw one quick report out there. This one is of the entire Tallahassee MLS area, meaning it includes Leon County, Jefferson County, Gadsden County, Wakulla County & Franklin County.
Home Supply Rising In Tallahassee Area
The important line to see above is the purple one, which shows relative supply (measured in terms of months of supply at current sales levels). We have hit an all-time high of 19.9 months supply of homes in the Tallahassee MLS!
