Killearn Lakes Unit 1 demonstrates a classic example why most real estate reports are flawed. Most reports focus on average home price, which leads you to believe that prices are going up or prices are going down, solely based upon the movement of the average sales price. As we see in these graphs of home sales in Killearn Lakes Unit 1, it is possible for the average price to go up, while values are dropping.
