The 25th of each month is the day when we get to see the latest existing-home sales report that is published by the National Association of REALTORS®, so it is a day marked on my calendar for monthly action.

Tallahassee has quite a few golf courses and most of them have neighborhoods that are built around and through the golf courses. In the northeast quadrant of Tallahassee, you can find the Summerbrooke neighborhood which is also built around a locally developed golf course.

Information to give people who own a home in Summerbrooke an idea of what the competition looks like should they decide to sell a home. Of course, this is not an appraisal for a specific home, as no final adjustments will be considered (for example, this report will show average prices, but will not distinguish between the higher valued golf course frontage homes and those on the interior).

The Highgrove Subdivision in Tallahassee just recorded its first home sale since December of 2007! This hit me like a ton of bricks when I started conducting my analysis of what many (including myself) feel is an incredibly desirable neighborhood on the northeast side of Tallahassee. Located on the west side of Thomasville Road, just north of Killearn Estates, Highgrove features large homes in a great location.
