Multiple Listing Service (MLS)

• The MLS is a marketing tool provided by the Tallahassee Board of Realtors used to market your property to all active Realtors within the board. These active Realtors work with numerous buyers at a time and they use the MLS as their primary search engine for available Real Estate in Tallahassee.
  

• Property listed in the MLS include 12 pictures, details/features of the property, virtual tours and important remarks about the property. Most importantly, it provides your Realtors' contact information for others to schedule appointments for showings and provide additional information about the property.
