Just a short entry today. I’m in San Antonio, Texas at the Cartus International Real Estate Convention meeting with the top real estate brokers from around the country. We all share 1 thing in common….we’re fighting through a very tough real estate market.
While most aspects of our related businesses are down, we have worked hard “in network” to make sure that we are doing our best jobs of helping customers who are moving between markets. These relationships with other top brokers around the country are key. When we have people who sell a home in Tallahassee, we help them relocate and these partners are the ones that help them buy their next home.
But these partners are also sending business our way as well. Often times, the upper-end of the market sees quite of its Tallahassee home buyers come through referral networks such as Cartus. It’s nice to have friends in a very tough market.
