We are currently working on the format of our real estate newsletter to which many of our readers have subscribed. We are seeking input on what our readers would like to see in the newsletter and we are also in the process of deciding our publishing schedule (once or twice per month). This newsletter is the result of numerous requests from our readers to provide more in-depth discussions pertaining to the real estate market.
Please comment below with any suggestions for our staff. Thus far, we have assembled a real estate broker, a commercial mortgage broker, a real estate attorney, a distressed property expert, and several other professionals that earn their living in the real estate industry (or in businesses that interact with the real estate industry).
Thank you in advance for any and all of your feedback. You can subscribe to the newsletter (which is separate from subscribing to the Tallahassee Real Estate Blog) at the right in the simple sign-up block. We treat privacy rights with high respect at the Tallahassee Real Estate Blog, so we won’t be sending the newsletter to anyone who does not register for it.
As a reminder for those who subscribe to the Tallahassee Real Estate Blog by email, some embedded pictures and videos might not be appearing in your email and you might need to click the title header to go to your browser where all will be visible. Additionally, if you would like to respond (leave a comment) to this article, you will need to “click through” to the blog site to post your feedback.

This site runs on the Thesis WordPress Theme
If you are someone who does not understand a lot of PHP, HTML, or CSS, Thesis will give you a ton of functionality without having to alter any code. For the advanced, Thesis has incredible customization possibilities via extensive hooks and filters. And with so many design options, you can use the template over and over and never have it look like the same site.
If you are more familiar with how websites work, you can use the fantastic Thesis Users Guide and world-class support forums to make more professional customizations than you ever thought possible. The theme is not only highly customizable, but it allows me to build sites with a much more targeted focus on monetization than ever before. You can find out more about Thesis below:
