After working on the Tallahassee Real Estate Newsletter all weekend, I am so glad that it has been published and it is now “scheduled” and will be published every third Monday. For those of you who did not yet receive a copy of the 8-page report on Tallahassee housing, you can subscribe to the newsletter in the form on the right. For those of you who have already read the report, please keep the feedback coming so that each issue improves upon the last.
On a different note, President Barack Obama becomes the 44th President of the United States today. Why is this so important to the Tallahassee Real Estate Blog? Great question. Think Tropicana!
Saturday is the Regional Finals of the Tropicana Public Speaking Contest, which will be held at the Perry-Paige Auditorium at FAMU starting at 11:30. My daughter, Sami Manausa, will be representing Trinity Catholic School as their 6th Grade finalist. Her speech is titled “Don’t Let Labels Define You” and makes reference to our new President.
