Last week we focused on "Knowing Tallahassee" and showing the property. This week we will continue to learn the various and numerous subdivisions in Tallahassee. In addition, we will conduct practical exercises on "Writing the Offer". Be sure to bring your HP-12C Calculator to all training events!
Monday- There is no classroom training on Monday. Be sure to visit ten Tallahasssee Subdivisions In the Northwest and make note of amenitites of the neighborhood, size and style of homes, and age and value of the homes. We will discuss what you found in class on Wednesday.
Wednesday - Writing the Offer. Bring your purchase agreements, pens, and calculators, as we will be practicing writing offers and Buyer Estimates!
Friday - Gold to Sold: The Century 21 First Realty Pricing System. At this training we will discover our methodology for strategically placing our listings in the market-place to get them Sold!
(This training is mandatory for all associates that have yet to close three transactions. It is open and encouraged for all others that want to kickstart their business!)
