Yesterday I posted some riddles and asked if our readers could solve them (click here to visit yesterday’s real estate blog). I was pointing out the parallel between these tricky riddles and the daily problems that home sellers in our struggling real estate market face every day. Both require creative thinking (outside of the box thinking) to effectively solve.
Yesterday’s sleuth was David Freni, who was the first to post the correct answers in the comments section at the Tallahassee Real Estate Blog, though many people emailed them to me … Nice job David!
David’s response was spot-on:

2. Take the 2nd full glass and pour it into the 2nd empty glass.

There are sound, creative solutions that we can employ to get any home sold, even under today’s market conditions. The message we want to deliver is that, just like in the riddles in our blog post, there are answers that exist that are right under our noses, but we have to be creative and think outside of the box.
So, if you have a home to sell, contact a great real estate broker who can think outside of the box and will solve the riddle of how to sell a home in today’s tough real estate market!
And speaking of solving the riddles, certainly somebody is going to post the answers in the comments section before David can figure them out… right?
