Home Sales In Tallahassee

This chart is very telling. We can see that the first quarter sales of homes in the Tallahassee real estate market was worse than any other year's first quarter, going back to 1996 (actually going back to 1991). Residential sales in the first quarter were less than 1/2 of the numbers seen just two years ago.
