The month of October saw a continuation of the slower sales for homes in Tallahassee. Unit sales were very low for October in the Tallahassee real estate market. October is the month where all the "before school starts" buyers have just finished closing on their homes, so we normally see the market fall off from the summer pace. Last year, October was the first "kick in the pants" month that really had the market begin to slow and to see that the market was down another 25% from just last October is not any fun.
