Tallahassee Condo and Townhouse Sales Trends January 2010

Condo and townhouse sales have trended back up to levels consistent with the “pre-boom” years. Time will tell whether this is the result of a large developer liquidation sale on the North side of Tallahassee, or if buyers are taking advantage of low interest rates and home buyer tax credits to enter the market.
