Well, the seasonal housing inventory growth that we have been anticipating finally hit, and now the 30 day inventory trend is showing growth. Great news continues in Tallahassee. Short term home inventory levels continue to decline, even though historically we expect to see a rise this time of year. We had thought that we would see a crossover, from declining to rising, once we hit the last week in January.
