Mobile Home Sales In Tallahassee

Mobile Home Sales in the Tallahassee real estate market are reflecting the same market conditions as single family homes and condo/townhouses. Unit sales are down, sales price is up. I suspect that we will see the unit sales of mobile homes recover even before the rest of the market does. Remember, these mobile home sales are mobile homes and land, thus representing the entry point for residential real estate in Tallahassee.
