Tallahassee Real Estate Market Trends

While most of the information that is delivered via this site includes much more market data than what can be found in the Tallahassee MLS, I still find it interesting to track supply and demand in the Tallahassee real estate market. Unfortunately, with sales dropping to an all-time low, our inventory levels are approaching 15 months supply across all of the counties (Leon County is below 12 months supply). I find this chart to be very important in explaining market movement.
