We just received the new sales information for Leon County for the month of July, 2008. A total of 58 lots were sold for $4,067,500. That is an average lot price in Tallahassee of $70,130. Below is the updated lot graph for the Tallahassee real estate market. The $70K lot price is nearly 1/2 of where it was at the top of the market and has brought the price trend down to $83.4K (meaning the average lot in Leon County, over the past 12 months, sold for $83,400).
