Tallahassee New Construction Condominium and Townhouse Trend

The trend line for new construction condos and townhouses in the Tallahassee real estate market shows that our new construction pace is back where it was prior to the boom market of '05-'06. I suspect that this will be the first part of the market to show a rapid recovery, as land prices are still make building affordable homes difficult. We can already see what appears to be a minor uptrend in average prices, but time will tell.
