Average Price For Homes In Tallahassee Florida

After seeing a nearly complete shutdown of the new construction market, Tallahassee home builders are now bringing cheaper product to the market (or selling inventory at greatly reduced prices). The average new construction price of a home in the Tallahassee real estate market has dropped to $238,500, while the average resale home price in the Tallahassee real estate market has risen to $210,000, increasing the overall average price of a home in Tallahassee to $216,500!
