Far And Wide Interest In Tallahassee Real Estate

One of the neat things about blogging and internet marketing is that we can monitor the origination point for each visitor to our Tallahassee Real Estate Blog. It might surprise you to know that we have had visitors from over 160 different countries and visits from every State in the Union.

When you think about how small the world has become with the immediacy of news and reporting, you realize the importance of having an international presence, even for selling homes in Tallahassee. We have had buyers that have come from overseas and we are glad that we can get our message out to them.

One of the neat widgets that we have in the right sidebar of the Tallahassee Real Estate Blog shows where current visitors have come from.  If you scroll down the screen when viewing the blog, you will come to something that looks much like the picture on the left and it gives each reader the option to click through and see more about our visitors.

Two options you should try are the “Watch in real time” and “options” features. You can actually watch as new people arrive when you watch in real time, or you can choose the options tab and see a map drawn and markers representing each visitor.

Widgets like these really hammer home the importance of real estate marketing in the new global economy. While many people who buy and sell real estate are local in Tallahassee, there is still a large pool of buyers and sellers who live all around the United States, and all around the world for that matter.

When we look at the United States, it is amazing where our traffic originates. You would think Florida would have the most visitors (and it does), but then wouldn’t you think Georgia and Alabama would be next on the list? As Lee Corso would say on ESPN … Not so fast my friend!
