Thanks Joey, but I solidly disagree. I’ve never met an agent that can compete with a great team effort. The common industry standard is for agent’s to do “everything” themselves, and my experience is that this is a very flawed system. How can a great agent compete against a team of great agents? Hard work and intelligence is no competition is no match for more hard work and more intelligence.

Hope all is well in Ohio, I suspect your weather right now is pretty awesome.
