I am helping my son look for a home. We are trying to find something in a short sale or foreclosure that we can get into in the $160K-180K range, with a good neighborhood and school zone. Only saw a Huntington Woods home in that range in short sales. Do you have any good candidates that you could recommend that are heading for foreclosure, or short sales not listed here?

My Husband and I are extremely intrested in the property, we drive by it al lot and have actually walked around it. Hi, my name is Becky, my husband and I and our two girls will be moving to Tallahassee within the next 6 months, and will hopefully sell our house in Wisconsin. If so, we would have some cash to put down on a house..should we look into short sales? Is it easier and can you get an even better deal with cash? Would like to have some “realtor contacts” down there, for when we move. My husband will probably be down there by next month, and the rest of us will move my June. Thanks
