In order to qualify for the PIC Program, you have to sign up online and receive your PIC Certificate before you begin working with an agent or employee of our company, and you cannot work through any referral agency. Additionally, you must make a commitment to working with our company as your Exclusive Buyer’s Brokerage regardless of how or where you find the home, and we will make a similar commitment to you with our Buyer’s Service Pledge.
