Check Your Mailbox, Your Newsletter Is On The Way!

For those of you who want to see the "blow by blow" results, you can follow this link to the Tallahassee Real Estate Survey results. For the rest of you, thanks for participating and I am excited to report that you should be checking your email inbox on Monday morning for the first Tallahassee Real Estate Newsletter.

Based upon the input that we received from the survey, the content is going to be focused on the Tallahassee real estate market, the national mortgage market, and national and statewide issues that affect the global real estate market. Additionally, we will have a section dedicated to distressed properties because they are now having such a large impact on the overall housing market.

We have a great first edition that is almost ready to ship on Monday Morning, with input from several Tallahassee real estate agents, a Tallahassee Commercial Mortgage Broker, and a Tallahassee Distressed Property Specialist. I learned that the best way is for the companies to be involved with their customers and to do that is to ask them what they want.
