Tallahassee Real Estate Price Reductions - II
Thank you everybody for the great feedback from yesterday’s blog about price reductions in the Tallahassee real estate market.
As I am on the road, this will be a brief update about yesterday’s conversation regarding a price-reduction page coming to the Tallahassee Florida Real Estate Web Site. Please preview the draft format by clicking the link below.
I would love some feedback on the fields displayed in this table. I’m not looking to make this a comprehensive project, but if you have ideas on what could make it better, please provide them in the comments section below.

Great chart.
I would like to see # of bedrooms, # of bathrooms, # car garage, square footage, and type (SFR, townhouse, condo) added to what you already have.
A URL link to the MLS listing (maybe on your site) would also be great.

You may want to check the numbers to make sure they are all reduced. On the list you mention an Observation Pointe property as Original Price $230,200 with the new price as $232,900. If this is correct it may not be a candidate for the Reduced list.
You may also want to mention the number of Bdr/ba, sqft, and price/sqft if known from the MLS listing.
As a side note, I spoke to the builder during the Parade of homes and his intention was to raise the price for all properties in that area $10,000 by July 1.
