I totally agree with the "real estate markets are local in nature, but the topics of interest are global." Brilliant. I'm a business student from California (USC fight on!), but currently doing an internship abroad in Ireland, working for <a href="http://www.myhome.ie" rel="nofollow"> MyHome.ie </a> , Ireland's leading property portal and initially I was a little worried that I would learn all about the Irish real estate markets and it wouldn't be very relevant when I returned home. But I am finding that I really am learning so much about how the market works in general and how problems in Ireland really do have mirror images back in the states.
