It seems that last year's Rookie of the Year for the Tallahassee Board of Realtors doesn't know the meaning of the word "fail."
Summer met with a discouraged property owner in Tallahassee who had failed to sell their home after being on the market with another company for many months. Summer met with the owner on the 28th of March and executed an Exclusive Right of Sale Agreement. Three days later, a fully executed contract was in the Seller's hands.
I'll bet this Tallahassee homeowner is excited about rejoining her husband in California!
